How one gets greeted at the door of Broadcasting House on Children In Need day.
Penny is the most amazing security guard/receptionist. She never forgets if you’ve got guests coming – in fact she looks up the show’s web page and knows who to expect before you’ve had a chance to tell her. This morning she’s entering into the spirit of it all – even stayed late last night so as to give a proper welcome to whoever was coming in to Radio 2 for their auction thing.
