in Kandy we had some new friends who were keen to actually come into our room…
on the way south we passed through one of the Tsunami zones. The temporary dwelling are up, but some are still in tents – hoping that the government will scrap the 200m ‘buffer zone’ and let them rebuild on their land next to the sea.
and it was great to see Lizzy after two years…
incredible.
love seeing the sri lanka photos again…loved our 24 hours with you & your sis!! We’re home and have Trev’s brother with us…so expect some photos on the blog early next week.
