a girl among geeks, or vice versa
Ariel, the BBC staff magazine, did a big spread this week about blogging, and highlighted a bunch of blogs done by BBC Staff. All the other blogs are witty, reasoned, creative, award winning… and by blokes.
I’m weird.
Hooray.
*edited*
in response to the comment from Andy, here are links to the other 5 blogs mentioned in the piece in Ariel:
Scaryduck by Alistair Coleman. Copydesk by Martin Conaghan. Plasticbag by Tom Coates. Island Blogging, hosted and monitored by Mike Small.
Richard Sambrook’s, is an internal BBC blog, I’m pretty certain, so you won’t be able to use this link unless you’re on the network at work!
Enjoy!

So was your blog featured in it?
Weird, but good.
And I thought yours looked the most interesting Jude – for obvious reasons! Nice one.
Hey Barbie! I’ve been saying hello a lot to you recently… but, clearly, you wouldn’t know because when I say hello you’re on a large box in the corner of my living room. Nice work fella.
Yes Andy, there were 6 blogs featured, and I was one of them.
I’ve ammended to post to include links to the others.
Jude, I think you make a good point. I was interested to read the article (a thinly disguised warning, I thought) and to look up your lovely blog.
Respect to jonny b, steve l and pip w (yet more bloggy blokes).
Mark
